Today's Nerd Thoughts - Tap to Pay

I bought something and tapped the 'wrong end - non-chip end' of my card to the reader and it picked it up. I came home and looked it up...the chip has to be within 4 centimeters...CC's are 8+ centimeters wide, but with the chip offset, the inner edge puts it into the range of RFID pickup from the reader. Especially, at least for me, i just wave the card over the entire screen until I hear it blip.

SO anyway, sorry for wasting 10 seconds of your life for reading this :)
